Praise the Lord, IPEKA Integrated Christian School (IICS) acquired accreditation from the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges).
The accreditation process at IPEKA Integrated Christian School was held from 16-19 November 2015 and was conducted by a joined committee from ACSI and WASC. For four days, the accreditation team, chaired by Dr. Derek Keenan, came to assess IPEKA Integrated Christian School standards.
The Association Christian School International (ACSI) is a Christian educational institution which strives for excellence in Christian schools by providing professional and personal development of Christian educators and giving vital support functions for their 15,000 member schools around the world.
The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) is a world-renowned accreditating association which approves and accredits quality public and private schools and colleges within the western states of the US as well as Guam, Asia, the Pacific Region, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Schools accredited by WASC benefit by having accountability and support as the school engages in a rigorous external and internal evaluation process. Being accredited by WASC assures the school community that the school is committed to continued improvement in education. It validates our planning, assessment and teaching the school’s programs and credits, which is crucial for worldwide university acceptance.
